    JOB DESCRIPTION: 

    We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive person to join our team for the position of IT Support Consultant. This role requires a keen ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly, implement effective solutions, and provide expert advice to enhance overall IT performance. The duties include being a point of contact for IT related questions at the end-user level and responding to their needs in a timely manner.


    Working hours: 8 hours/day. Service window: 9:00-17:00


    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Install, configure and support hardware and software assets, printers, and phones
    • Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone/online channel)
    • Repair and replace equipment if necessary.
    • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    • Set up accounts for new users
    • Document support procedures, technical configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing.


    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • At least 2 years of experience in IT
    • Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems, up to date with latest technologies and trends
    • Experience with Office 365 and Intune policies
    • Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
    • Good level of English
    • Experience with Linux is a plus
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and diagnose technical issues efficiently
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to learn
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
