Currently, we are looking for a team that will start from scratch development of functionality related to one of the company`s distribution centers (outbound vehicles management). The team will have the ability to define the tech approach and use it for further development. Customer is one of the largest fashion retail companies in Europe that has a reach out on global markets as well.
Responsibilities:
- Developing high-quality, testable, and performant features using Agile work practices
- Driving best technology and software development practices into the team with passion and enthusiasm
- Assisting product managers and business stakeholders in shaping, estimating, and planning new requirements
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product, Design, and Engineering
- Take ownership in shaping and delivering key features and products
- Build testable code and help increase our unit test coverage and confidence
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of API and Web automation testing
- Experience with Cucumber BDD approach
- Experience in Cypress Web automation
- Prior working experience using version control tools: Git, Bitbucket
- Experience in relational and non-relational databases
- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices
- Working experience in an Agile environment, a clear understanding of Agile methodologies mindset, and development practices applicable to them
Would be a plus:
- Experience with performance testing using JMeter or K6
- Experience with mocking, using Traffic Parrot or any other tools
- Experience in Kafka e2e testing
- Familiarised with Karate API testing framework
