Technology Office designs and executes industry-relevant inventions that allow organizations to realize exceptional business value from technology. We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of N-iX global expansion, working with multiple work streams and stakeholders. This is a tremendous opportunity to prove yourself and unlock the new growth frontiers for the company.

Functions:

• Lead business stream of presale and upsale activities at N-iX: discoveries, assessments, solution proposals, and different kinds of workshops
• Closely collaborate with clients’ top management including C-level
• Contribute into company-wide consultancy methodology and practices
• Define and articulate the business case for product features and functionality with the main goal of enhancing user satisfaction and driving adoption
• Build, prune and prioritize the backlog of user stories, tasks, and defects
• Provide internal and external client support for all aspects of the product development lifecycle
• Launch new products and features

Requirements:

• IT industry experience: 5+ year as business analyst or product owner
• Experience in presale/upsale activities: solution proposal generation, workshops, discoveries, audit, etc
• Experience in starting projects from scratch (projects 2+, team 10+)
• Defining business requirements, creating product, vision and scope documents.
• Conducting competitor and enterprise analysis
• Experience with implementation roadmaps preparation
• Experience with functional decomposition (WBS) and estimation techniques
• Experience to clearly define feature requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria to the development team
• English level (speaking and writing): advanced 
• Strong diagramming skills: UML, ERD, BPMN
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication with the ability to tailor according to audience
• Experience leading effective meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
• Adaptable and flexible to change in product scope
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Basic understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications

Organizational relationship:

• Reports directly to Head of Solution Group
• Works in close cooperation with solution architects, business analysts and technical experts
• Contributes to different company-wide streams and initiatives: marketing, partnerships, alliances, and communities
