The core MX Labs technology is the Shen.AI platform that combines state-of-the-art computer vision and advanced vital signs processing with the power of AI for health and wellness monitoring. It provides real or near real-time display of health metrics, biofeedback, and preliminary diagnosis with recommended follow-up steps.
As a Deep Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing custom neural architectures for extraction of information from biomedical signals. In the field where data is scarce, your goal will be to transfer knowledge whenever possible.
Accountabilities:
- Developing deep learning models for estimation of health parameters from biosignals, representation learning and signal reconstruction.
- Conducting research on deep learning architectures for biomedical signal analysis.
- Ensuring good quality of the code.
- Documenting work and sharing results with the team.
Requirements:
- MSc / PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Biomedical Engineering, Computational Neuroscience or similar.
- Experience in delivering machine learning products, in particular, experience with predictive models based on time-series data from sensors.
- Deep knowledge of statistics and machine learning concepts. Experience with signal processing is a strong plus.
- Good software engineering skills in Python (must)
- 3+ years experience in designing neural network architectures for time-series and signal data. Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow and Pytorch.
- Knowledge of scientific libraries such as Sklearn, Scipy, Numpy, Pandas.
- Interest in human physiology, medicine, and wellness.
- Nice to have: knowledge of Matlab and previous experience with analysis of bio-signals (ECG, EEG, PPG).
