QA Lead (Family Island)

As a QA Lead, you will be working with agile cross-functional teams, implementing new features. You will be responsible for empowering teams, growing talent through effective mentoring, handling day to day production challenges.

We are looking for a Lead with great collaboration and communication skills, with a strong technical background in software development and quality assurance domain.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to apply QA processes, techniques and methodologies;
• Recruit, mentor and challenge a team of Manual QA engineers;
• Review test case documentation;
• Be a part of product development in each phase;
• Working in cross-functional Scrum teams (Client and Backend developers, Tech Artists, PM/DM, PO, TechOps, Support);
• Closely work with Tech Leads, Product managers, and other teams' Scrum masters;
• Communication with other teams and departments on daily basis; 
• Leading product release activities; 
• Leading team meetings (daily calls, refinements, plannings, demo, handovers, etc).

Requirements:

• Experience as a QA Professional (5+years);
• 3+ years of leadership experience (3+ people);
• Experience in Scrum/ Agile methodology, working as a part of Scrum Team; 
• Good understanding of feature development workflow; 
• Excellent communication skills; 
• Experience in task estimation;
• Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies;
• Experience in mobile testing; 
• Experience in working with logs; 
• Experience in writing test documentation, creating test plans, planning regression testing scope;
• Experience with different types of testing;
• Flexibility, excellent collaboration skills, ability to plan the workload;
• Experience in working with GitHub; 
• Proficiency in English & Polish.
