We're looking for an experienced Game Tech Lead (Manager) who will manage people within scrum teams to implement new features and improve existing code for Family Island game. We’re looking for a strong, hands-on manager to lead engineering teams that are responsible for building complex, high-scale mobile games.
We work with the Defold engine, Lua scripting language and some C++.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects and other Tech Leads from our game teams;
- Hire and grow a team of Game Developers;
- Manage the entire production lifecycle of your domain;
- Implement with attention to quality and by using best practices;
- Take a major part in our strategic growth as the R&D team - technologies, processes and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Experience in people management for the last several years;
- Experience in at least one of the following languages: С++, Lua, C#, Java;
- Experience in optimizing applications;
- Experience in creating project architecture;
- Proficiency in English.
