We are looking for a UX Designer to join our exceptional Design team- full of creative, open-minded and dedicated to details people. You can work remotely or use our artistic office.
Your profile:
- 2+ years experience as a UX designer,
- a portfolio of previous projects which demonstrates that you are able to increase user engagement and ultimately boost conversion as well as show your design process,
- experience in working in cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to the market, including experience in collaboration with Engineers and Product Managers
- comprehensive knowledge of User Research methodologies,
- full understanding of the importance of User feedback,
- ability to generate wireframes, user flows and diagrams - easily and quickly generate ideas and solutions,
- knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite,
- knowledge of analytics and test tools such as Google Analytics, Mix Panel, GA, Hotjar, Userzoom, AppSee, UserTesting.
- ability to explain your decisions to the team and clients,
- positive attitude, compassionate curiosity and a desire to learn and collaborate, open-minded, self-reliance/independence, communication skills
- strong command of written and spoken English because we cooperate with foreign clients (B2/C1);
Nice to have:
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Scrum experience
- strong social media portfolio (Dribbble, Behance, Github)
- written articles about UX methodologies
- experience in driving and facilitating discovery workshops
