We are in the stage of growing and looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to strengthen our Delivery Team. MEV’s Delivery Manager is a person who enables our development teams to deliver reliable service to our clients by following LEAN and Agile principles.

MEV’s Delivery Manager is engaged in:
  • Facilitating the process of project planning & forecasting by understanding the goal of the client request, implementation peculiarities, and desired outputs and outcomes 
  • Assisting the development team to do their best to reach a positive outcome by removing impediments, coaching team members, and being a servant leader for them
  • Keeping development culture on a high level by continuously radiating LEAN & Agile principles across their development teams as well as the organization
  • Managing expectations between stakeholders through constructive and on-time communications
  • Leading new engagement by working closely with stakeholders




What You’ll need:
  • 2+ years of agile project management experience in IT projects
  • Solid understanding of software development;
  • Lean/Agile mindset evangelist
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Good communication skills and English
  • Feeling good with uncertainty and emergent requirements
  • Team leading & enabling skills (coaching, mentoring, motivation, impediments removing, etc.)
  • Great meeting facilitation skills
  • Applying system thinking
  • Understanding and applying Scrum
