Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
To our Shared Business Center in Warsaw we are currently looking for a skilled Global Network Operations Manager. In this role, you would manage the Global Network Operations function in the Business Technology department. Operations team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, triaging of all issues reported, and working across infrastructure teams to plan for capacity and performance needs.
- Manage Operations Team Members in AM, EU and APAC regions.
- Own accountability for the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents, request, changes and problems. Ensure issues are properly resolved or triaged.
- Develop and own relationships with key IT & Business Stakeholders.
- Act as customer facing entity of the network team; leverage follow-the-sun team to provide timely response and engagement for any issue or request into networks.
- Define and communicate Service Target Reporting with other IT teams & business units, owning service reporting dashboards, metrics, and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Define, maintain, and communicate Engagement Model for network support.
- Own support processes, drive process improvement, and update knowledge repositories with accurate process.
- Ensure proper team member scheduling and global time zone coverage for all sites/network globally.
- Own accountability for end user network.
- Define and participate in on-all and escalation processes to ensure issues are being worked according to Service Targets.
- Act as owner of incidents and own all communication and interfaces with the business.
- Local Team Management (including setting goals, monitoring performance and awarding of team members, hiring) for local network team in Poland.
What You Need to Succeed
- Strong skills in process definition and documentation.
- Solid experience in supporting Network Operations.
- Leading technical teams experience.
- Familiarity with Cisco / Meraki network products.
- Understanding of ITIL and associated Principles.
- Ability to build and lead a geographically distributed & diverse Network Operations team.
