Project Manager

We are looking for Project Managers at all seniority levels - from Junior to Senior - who will serve as the backbone of our success stories. You will lead teams through complex digitalization projects, from analyzing and modernizing industrial legacy systems to implementing cutting-edge solutions. Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Depending on your seniority level, your responsibilities will range from closely supporting these tasks (Junior) to independently driving and optimizing them (Senior):

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Build and lead a team of IT professionals. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor progress. Ensure effective team communication and collaboration.
• Identify and engage stakeholders, including customers, management, and other relevant parties. Manage their expectations and ensure that their requirements are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to address them. Monitor project risks and take appropriate actions.
• Estimate project costs, develop budgets, and track expenses. Ensure that projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform quality reviews and implement necessary improvements.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to all stakeholders on a regular basis. Prepare and present reports to board members, senior management, and other relevant parties. Identify lessons learned from completed projects and implement best practices for future projects.

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Successfully completed a university degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering Sciences, or a similar field, or an equivalent education with corresponding professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience is a guideline for mid-level roles, but we welcome candidates with less or more experience for junior and senior roles. Ideally, your background includes IT project management, IT consulting, software engineering, or digital transformation projects in a B2B industry.
• Extensive experience in working with various project management tools and techniques, including project planning and organization, road mapping, risk management, status reporting, and financial reporting.
• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in delivering projects in an agile environment.
• Experience in the automation of industrial plants is advantageous.
• Project Management certifications are preferred.

Your Profile and Skills

• We speak German or Polish depending on the office location, but English is our everyday business language for communicating with external partners and customers. Fluency in written and spoken English is therefore essential.
• Polish professionals who want to earn top salaries should have a C1 level of German language proficiency.
• You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills. You also have a confident and persuasive manner, the ability to work under pressure, and the skills to work independently.
• Commitment and willingness to travel occasionally for short on-site visits as required.
• Excellent communication skills will enable you to work closely with different departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to make effective decision-proposals and to quickly gain the trust of key stakeholders.
• Highly structured, customer and result-oriented approach – experienced in dealing with complex and changing requirements.
• We are looking for candidates who are open to working 2-3 days per week from our offices, either in Poznań, Poland, or Mönchengladbach, Germany.

SALARY RANGES:

• REGULAR-13 000-17 000 gross Employment Contract/ 17 000- 22 000 net+VAT B2B
• SENIOR-16 000-21 000 gross Employment Contract/ 20 500-27 000 net+VAT B2B
