PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This roles includes Installation of Autosys agents, Administration of Autosys instances, Troubleshooting Issues related to Autosys infrastructure, WCC administration, EEM Administration
Responsibilities
The role includes planning and ensuring tech refresh for various components including the application itself are completed. Investigation and providing RCA as well as solutions or workaround related issues escalated through incidents and to interface with the INFRA teams & engineering on potential bug fixing and feature enhancements
Providing advice on client related escalations/issues/queries on best knowledge basis and promptly escalate to the INFRA teams & engineering when requiring their intervention. Planning and coordination application/infra failover during the major events like Infra weekend, BCM tests and power down activities

SKILLS
Must have
- A university degree in computer science, management information systems or professional certifications or equiivaequivalent work experience in an Information Technology field
- Relevant experience in Administrating Autosys r11.XX and above instances - at least 4 years
- Excellent knowledge in handling Infrastructure and batch related issues
- Strong in Solaris 10, RHEL 5.x+
- Ability to work on Unix and Windows based platforms, Cluster environments & knowledge of basic server administration (CPU/Memory)
- Oracle DB and SQL commands
Nice to have
- Python, Splunk & Shell Scripting
- Experience in Automation Tools like IPSoft, Automation Anywhere & UI Path
- Security principals, encryption standards
- Network, DNS, Storage
