Salary: 24-26K per month gross permanent – ONLY PERMANENT

Job responsibilities: 

• Write Test Strategy and Quality Assurance Plan for the project.
• Own E2E responsibility and accountability for all project deliverables and delivering the services committed in the SOW of the project.
• Review the deliverable framework design, test scenarios, test cases, traceability, and automation scripts.
• Performs requirement analysis, coordination for all test activities between offshore / nearshore/ onsite team.
• Escalation points for delivery, resourcing, and any other related issues in the project.
• Ownership of delivery testing related activities
• Closely working with Client team, technical teams and drive the overall test strategy & plan for the Project/Programs
• Perform SOW review with effort estimation for the testing scope, meet the resource demands for the project/program.
• Create a project plan with schedule, sub-activities, dependencies, and priorities and ensure preparedness for the forthcoming releases (forecasting & resourcing)
• Ensure regular status reports for all relevant stakeholders for the project.

Requirements: 

• Graduate Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in testing/ quality engineering
• Should good understanding of various delivery methodology– Agile, waterfall and Iterative
• Exposure to Automotive domain will be added advantage
• Mandatory exposure to SAFe and DevOps
• Good Exposure in handling team of T-Shaped resources (Functional, Automation, NFR)
• Exposure to diverse testing domains, ERP, Digital and Performance and Data testing
• Good exposure to the domain and respective business use cases.
• Experience in frameworks using selenium, cypress, playwright, Appium, cucumber and Rest Assured tools.
• Experience in the design and development of frontend and backend test automation frameworks
• Experience in working with SQL
• Experience in Java and Java script in the context of back end and front-end test automation.
• Experience in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and cloud infrastructure like AWS
• Experience in working version control systems like git, git lab or bitbucket
• Experience in working with test and project management tools like Xray and Jira
• Has a very good knowledge / experience of the Software Test life cycle, Defect management, Configuration management and release management processes
• Passion and strong mindset for quality, test automation and problem solving
• Proven leadership capabilities, people management experience and ability to drive issues to closure
• Soft Skills: Good communication & management skills, Analytical skills, Coordination skills, Pro-active attitude, Taking ownership
• Experienced in developing and reviewing test cases, test management, functional, mobile and in both front-end and back-end testing, UI testing. Experience with JIRA
• Knowledge on AWS, Azure app and data migration
• Comprehensive understanding of the SAP capabilities and automation tools
• Should have good knowledge on DAM, Functional, System Integration, compatibility, Accessibility, Localization, and Mobility (OS).
