ServiceNow Developer with AI

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with AI expertise to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions while integrating AI-driven functionalities to enhance business processes and platform capabilities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and other developers to deliver innovative, scalable, and intelligent solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.

• Integrate AI and machine learning models into ServiceNow solutions to optimize processes such as incident categorization, predictive analytics, virtual agents, and operational intelligence.

• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow AI capabilities like Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.

• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external AI services or APIs (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, Google Cloud AI).

• Perform system and platform upgrades, patch management, and AI feature enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring platform performance and data integrity.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, user guides, and operational procedures.

• Stay up to date with ServiceNow and AI technology advancements and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (minimum 4 years).

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).

• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow AI modules (e.g., Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics).

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, model integration, and API management.

• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and data integrations.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow AI certifications.

• Experience with external AI services (OpenAI, Azure AI, Google AI, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
