Performance Tester – experience on Locust / Katalon / Propel / Loadrunner

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with at least one of the following performance testing tools:

• Locust

• Katalon

• Propel

• LoadRunner

Experience with any of these tools is a must-have—please clearly indicate which tool(s) you have worked with when applying.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance and load testing scenarios.

• Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks or areas of improvement.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and performance goals.

• Report on performance metrics and make recommendations for optimization.

• Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience with at least one of the following tools: Locust, Katalon, Propel, or LoadRunner (clearly state which one).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience in performance testing across complex systems and environments.

• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and CI/CD integration is a plus.

• Good communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).
