Job description
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with at least one of the following performance testing tools:
Locust
Katalon
Propel
LoadRunner
Experience with any of these tools is a must-have—please clearly indicate which tool(s) you have worked with when applying.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute performance and load testing scenarios.
Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks or areas of improvement.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and performance goals.
Report on performance metrics and make recommendations for optimization.
Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven commercial experience with at least one of the following tools: Locust, Katalon, Propel, or LoadRunner (clearly state which one).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in performance testing across complex systems and environments.
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and CI/CD integration is a plus.
Good communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).
