About the Role

We are currently seeking a Microsoft Environment Deployment Engineer to support part-time project-based work. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and security solutions, who is also confident in client communication and solution presentation.

You will be responsible for supporting the deployment and configuration of Microsoft environments, with a strong focus on identity and access management, security controls, and client licensing. The role is ideal for someone looking to contribute their expertise to dynamic, collaborative projects with a mix of technical depth and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Microsoft infrastructure components, including Active Directory (AD) and Network Access Control (NAC).
• Manage Client Access Licensing (CAL) and identity/access solutions, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Deliver presentations and conduct workshops/trainings for clients on technical solutions.
• Support in preparing technical proposals and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of:
• Active Directory (AD)
• Client Access Licensing (CAL)
• Network Access Control (NAC)
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Identity and access management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead client-facing meetings and explain complex solutions clearly.
• Experience in preparing offers or project proposals.

Nice to Have

• Practical experience with Microsoft Sentinel.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards.
• Previous involvement in EU-funded (grant) projects.
