Unified Communication Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Unified Communication Engineer to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining unified communication systems that enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovative communication solutions are prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Administration of Exchange Servers

• Administration of Exchange Online service

• Administration of e-mail archiving solution

• Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related in different environments (production, testing,
  development)

• Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing
  system in a timely manner

• Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes

• Architecting long term changes to the Exchange platform

• Contribution to specifications for solutions based on or integrated with Exchange

• Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of Exchange platforms according to
  the need of the project

• Maintenance of system documentation and participate in the development of documentation for new solutions

• Reporting on activities

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience at the similar position

• Excellent practical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server technology

• Experience in administration of complex Exchange topology deployed in distributed environments

• Expert in optimizing, tuning and planning capacity of Exchange Server

• Experience in Exchange patch management

• Very good communication skills (in written and verbal communication)

• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Holding at least one of following Microsoft certificates:
  - Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert with M365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  - Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert without M365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  - M365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  - MCSE: Productivity Solutions Expert with passed exam "Exam 70-345: Designing and Deploying Microsoft Exchange Server 2016"
  - Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty
