Lead iOS Developer with German

Join our team as a Lead iOS Developer specializing in mobile healthcare applications. You'll work with top European clients on their digital transformation journeys. You will develop innovative mobile and web-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve patient care through technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge mobile and web-based software solutions for healthcare clients across Europe
• Work closely with UI/UX Designers to ensure seamless front-end functionality and user experience
• Collaborate with Software Architects to implement backend functionality
• Lead the coordination with offshore and nearshore development teams
• Contribute to the creation of customer journeys and user stories in an Agile environment

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related IT-focused fields
• 2-4 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare and iOS mobile application development
• Strong understanding of software architecture, including network, infrastructure, security, and application layers
• Expertise in iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI
• Familiarity with programming patterns such as MVC and MVVM, as well as cross-platform frameworks like React, Xamarin, or Angular
• Knowledge of the German healthcare landscape and technologies such as Telematics infrastructure, KIS, PVS, LIMS
• Experience with healthcare-specific interoperability standards such as IHE, HL7/FHIR, and medical data models like openEHR, SNOMED, or OMOP
