Developer for Guidewire Policy Center

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join a high-impact project team delivering modern insurance solutions. If you are skilled in Guidewire InsuranceSuite and PolicyCenter configuration (Gosu), this role is for you.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform
• At least 3 years of experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Gosu
• Strong knowledge of configuring workflows, business rules, and data models
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution
• Familiarity with code reviews and development best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customizations and integrations within PolicyCenter
• Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with business analysts
• Develop and maintain PolicyCenter configurations (workflows, rules, data models)
• Write and execute unit tests; support QA and defect resolution
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality
• Offer technical support and mentorship within the team
• Stay up to date with Guidewire updates and insurance industry trends
