Job description
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join a high-impact project team delivering modern insurance solutions. If you are skilled in Guidewire InsuranceSuite and PolicyCenter configuration (Gosu), this role is for you.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform
- At least 3 years of experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Gosu
- Strong knowledge of configuring workflows, business rules, and data models
- Experience with unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution
- Familiarity with code reviews and development best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customizations and integrations within PolicyCenter
- Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with business analysts
- Develop and maintain PolicyCenter configurations (workflows, rules, data models)
- Write and execute unit tests; support QA and defect resolution
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality
- Offer technical support and mentorship within the team
- Stay up to date with Guidewire updates and insurance industry trends
