We are looking for a skilled Data Center Network Engineer to join our infrastructure team and support the design, operation, and maintenance of critical network systems in a large-scale data center environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring network performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure within the data center, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support changes, upgrades, and new deployments
• Perform configuration, testing, and documentation of network equipment and cabling
• Ensure compliance with security policies and operational standards
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for network-related issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the network environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.)
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, etc.)
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices
• Familiarity with monitoring and management tools (e.g. SolarWinds, NetBox, Nagios)
• Ability to work in a structured, high-availability data center environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation
