We are looking for an experienced CoPilot Developer to support enterprise-level AI initiatives focused on Microsoft Copilot, automation, and intelligent integration across Microsoft platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI-powered productivity, process optimization, and modern workplace transformation.

✅ Requirements

🎓 Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, particularly using Microsoft Copilot and surrounding tools.
• Strong background in enterprise automation, data integration, and process improvement.

🛠 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
• Azure Services, especially AI and Logic Apps
• Experience with Python or scripting languages used in automation or AI development.
• Familiarity with AI builder, Power Automate Desktop, and Azure OpenAI integration is a plus.

📜 Certifications (nice to have):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Other relevant AI or data science certifications

🎯 You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and integrating AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot tools
• Designing and automating business processes to enhance productivity and decision-making
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to identify use cases for Copilot and turn them into scalable implementations
• Leveraging Power Platform and Azure capabilities to deliver modern, user-centric solutions
