Cloud Support Engineer
Cloud Support Engineer (L1) – Multi-Cloud
We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer (Level 1) to support operations across a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub).
Responsibilities
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud support tickets
Manage ticket lifecycle and meet SLA targets
Perform daily operations (access, monitoring, tagging, basic networking)
Support GitHub administration and IAM processes
Assist with cost analysis (FinOps) and documentation improvements
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in support / cloud / sysadmin roles
Knowledge of AWS or Azure (GCP is a plus)
Basic networking understanding (DNS, routing, firewalls)
Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira)
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Nice to Have
FinOps or governance exposure
Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Infrastructure as Code basics
Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP)
