Skills and Qualities for Success:

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related IT-focused field. A master’s degree or additional certifications would be an advantage.
• At least 4 years of experience in developing custom applications for mobile operating systems, with at least 1 year in the healthcare sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Android development, particularly with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Proven experience working with international development teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, such as project managers, Scrum masters, product owners, business analysts, and infrastructure and security experts.
• Strong grasp of development patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM) and familiarity with frameworks and tools (e.g., Declarative UI, Angular, Xamarin, React).

Desirable Skills:

• A well-established network in the healthcare sector and a background in consulting.
• Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to advise healthcare clients on their adoption.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare-specific interoperability standards, such as HL7/FHIR, SNOMED, OMOP, and openEHR.
• Understanding of system integration in healthcare environments, including software products for Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Clinical Information Systems (CIS), Clinical Data Repositories (CDR), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and interoperability
