    Junior Helpdesk Specialist @ Limango

    Location: Wrocław (Hybrid)

    Salary: 5,500-7700 (depending of the contract)


    Daily support of Limango employees, on-site in Wroclaw office and remotely in Munich office.


    Professional requirements for the candidate:

    • You must have good written and verbal English skills.
    • You must have good knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 and MS Office tools.
    • You must have basic networking knowledge.
    • Linux / MacOS knowledge is a plus.
    • Active Directory experience is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Jira / Confluence is a plus.
    • Familiarity with JAMF is a plus.


    Personal requirements for the candidate


    This role requires diligence, accuracy, and patience. Precision is crucial for intricate diligence procedures. Problem-solving and creativity are vital in this dynamic environment. The ideal candidate blends precision, patience, and creativity effectively.


    Daily tasks of the position:

    • Ensuring the day-to-day operation of the company's IT systems.
    • Technical support for employees in international environment, including response to ad hoc request.
    • Installing and configuring operating systems and managing access rights.
    • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Maintenance of computers, and peripherals, preparation of workstations.
    • Handling the procurement process.
    • Cooperation with external services, supervision of delivery and acceptance of equipment.
