Job description
LifeFlow is a Polish venture which specializes in cardiac diagnostics using IT services located in the cloud infrastructure. Our team consisting of bio-engineers, cardiologists, and ICT-professionals has created an innovative, non-invasive method of identifying atherosclerosis based on algorithms used in computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The technology offered by LifeFlow aims to revolutionize the market of cardio-diagnostic tools and help to significantly reduce the risks associated with invasive tests.
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will help us to achieve the ambitious goals we set for our company.
What is the Business Analyst position at LifeFlow all about:
- Day-to-day activities related to business analysis
- Create user stories for the design & development team
- Transferring business and technical needs into specifications
- Cooperation with the Management Board and interdisciplinary teams (engineers, IT, QA, medical personnel, and customer support) in the company
- Being a part of requirements review with the design & development team and leading the meetings and discussions as required with other teams
- Working on the solutions to solve problems considering existing product requirements, risks, and stakeholders’ needs
We expect from you:
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Good understanding of business model and needs
- Experience in creating user stories for various cases
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in conducting business meetings. Knowledge of techniques, business value canvas, going through the user flow
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of diagram tools (e.g. BPMN, UML)
- Fluent English (at least C1)
- Understanding and practical experience in the usage of specific Agile frameworks and methods (e.g. SCRUM/Kanban)
Nice to have:
- Work experience in a health, clinical, technical or scientific field and/or Quality in a regulatory environment MDR/FDA compliance
