Responsibilities:
Office maintenance, developing and executing routines to create a high-class and productive office environment
Front office activities incl. handling telephone calls
Managing the inventory of office supplies
Inducting new employees to their workstations
Coordinating correspondence
Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.)
Requirements:
Good command of English (verbal and written) – minimum of intermediate level
Polish at least B2 level
Experience as a travel manager, executive assistant, secretary will be a plus
Proficiency in MS Office - MS Excel and MS Outlook (Atlassian Software will be a plus)
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge in the Accounting field will be a plus
Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently
