What’s up
KMD is a part of NEC and is using SAP SuccessFactors for all our business-critical HR solutions. We have an ambition to continuously improve our processes, and our SuccessFactors Solution to optimize value for all of KMD.
To accomplish this, we have a number of projects ongoing, and even more, planned for the time to come. Currently, we have projects with Recruitment, Onboarding, People Analytics, and Position Management running.
Next up will be projected in 2022 with Time Management and Payroll, moving from a traditional SAP ECC-based solution to SuccessFactors. At the same time, NEC is embarking on a journey to update, simplify and rethink processes and HR Solutions on a global scale. NEC looks to KMD to guide, participate and share experience in order to get the best possible solution for NEC.
Running these projects KMD can offer very exciting tasks, great learning opportunities, and not least highly skilled colleagues based in Poland and Denmark respectively.
A bit about KMD
KMD is a Danish Company with 500+ Polish employees.
At KMD We pursue a cloud-first strategy, using a full range of Cloud applications and technologies from SAP and Partners. KMD has for years been using next-gen SAP solutions and technologies, basing our solutions on SAP applications such as SuccessFactors, Concur, C4C, and SAP S4HANA in combination with traditional SAP ERP, SAP BW, and SAP CRM in a transition phase.
After morning coffee, you will be:
- Contributing to real value-generating projects, working in agile project teams with business specialists, application architects, integration consultants, platform architects, and developers.
- Using SAP SuccessFactors, you will be playing a key role in the projects, from the initial process design to the final delivery of the result.
- Working with skilled colleagues to analyze project requirements: preparing for and participating in workshops, requirement documentation, etc.
- Implementing state-of-the-art SAP SuccessFactors solutions, helping KMD progress into the future with efficient processes and state-of-the-art technologies.

- Have a minimum of 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, and possess a genuine desire to work with state-of-the-art SAP technologies bringing KMD into the future
- Have experience working with Time Management in a SuccessFactors setting
- Possess natural curiosity for business process/solution improvements and have a desire to be part of a team with skilled colleagues
- Are able to cooperate with Danish colleagues, self-manage, and drive yourself towards the defined targets and goals
- Are fluent in both English and Polish
