To functionally architect our solutions, we are looking for a Business Analyst responsible for designing and structuring our Life and Pension solutions.
As a Business Analyst in Edlund A/S – a leading Scandinavian provider of specialized IT solutions for the administration of life, pension, unit link, and insurance portfolios, you will work closely with other business architects, product managers, and developers in one of our agile development projects.
After morning coffee, you will be:
- Working closely with business architects and developers in one of our agile development projects
- Bridge requirements and needs between customers and technical architects/ developers
- Designing and specifying requirements and solution descriptions
- Answering and clarifying questions from testers, developers, and commercial stakeholders.
We want you in our team if you:
- Master's degree (or higher) in any of the following areas: mathematics, probability, statistics, or physics
- Advanced in software for financial modeling, statistical analysis
- Analytically minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong English both in speaking and writing
We are a perfect match if you additionally:
- Experience in insurance or pension systems
- Software development experience, especially in statutory reporting, actuarial reserves, claim/policy value calculations
- Passage of one or more actuarial exam
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM/KANBAN projects
- Experience from working in distributed teams across countries
