Cloud Telecom Engineer

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a Cloud Telecom Engineer for an exciting new opportunity. 

As a Cloud Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our RingCentral Unified Communications and Call Center (CXOne) platforms globally. This resource will be part of a small team and collaborate with leadership to drive the telecom efforts, being the SME for RingCentral. You can expect to be an escalation point for RingCentral solutions and technical contact for incidents, requests, and maintenance related to RingCentral.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the unified communications systems, call center systems and integrations, carrier services, and infrastructure technologies.
• Serve as a SME for our UC and CC platforms and understand the capabilities and restrictions of the Ring Central/CXOne platforms.
• Experience acting as point of contact for carrier providers and the organization to schedule installations, activations, deactivations and testing of services/hardware.
• Point of contact for telecommunications incidents, requests, and maintenance, participating in an on-call rotation.
• Maintain documentation regarding RingCentral and the company’s voice infrastructure.
• Manage a wide variety of UC & Telephony systems including PBX/VoIP systems, SIP services, IVRs, auto attendants, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, conferencing, fax systems, wireless, IOT, cloud platforms and emerging technologies.
• Implementing, developing, and refining process improvements as it relates to the company voice infrastructure.
• Communicate with end users on defining RingCentral reports.
• Develop and gather reports in RingCentral and coordinate with Business leaders and teams to establish solutions and improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with VoIP solutions (i.e., Avaya, 8x8, Cisco, RingCentral).
• 5 years of increasing telecom responsibilities in voice telecommunications background.
• Basic understanding of Networking as it relates to VoIP.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 and cloud services.
• Understanding of telecom technologies (MPLS/VoIP/TDM/DIA/SDWAN, Telecom).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, creative, and organizational skills.
• Experience with RingCentral cloud-enabled infrastructure models for both UCaaS and CCaaS capabilities.

Individual compensation will vary, although a reasonable estimate of the current annualized base pay range for this position is 174,000 to 195,000 PLN.
