Project

We're looking for a strong Mid/Senior Software Engineer to help build and maintain integrations across key business platforms such as MN, HubSpot, NetSuite, and other internal systems. You will work on scalable, secure, and automated solutions that improve system reliability and enable seamless end-to-end collaboration between systems.

You’ll be part of an international, fast-growing tech environment focused on transforming public procurement, working closely with Technology and RevOps teams.

What you'll be doing

• Developing integration solutions between MN, HubSpot, NetSuite, and internal platforms
• Designing and building scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services
• Operating integrated systems (deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting)
• Creating scripts and tools to automate business processes and workflows
• Maintaining and improving HubSpot workflows and integrations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth E2E system communication
• Ensuring high system reliability, performance, and observability

Expected competencies and knowledge:

• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin for backend development
• Solid experience with Python for scripting and data processing
• Practical knowledge of AWS and infrastructure provisioning (preferably with Terraform)
• Experience working with Kafka for event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding and experience in building REST APIs
• Familiarity with system integrations and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana) is a plus
• Knowledge of HubSpot or willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
