Project

Join our team as a Senior Test Automation Engineer on a cutting-edge project aimed at improving energy efficiency and safety across large-scale retail environments. The project is a web-based IoT platform designed for real-time temperature monitoring and control of refrigeration and heating networks. We aim to enhance visibility and data-driven decisions for maintaining optimal standards in supermarket cooling systems.

You will be working with a dynamic team of experts and playing a key role in test automation, quality assurance, and continuous delivery processes. The project leverages modern technologies and cloud infrastructure to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

What will you be doing

• Develop and maintain Test Plans in Azure DevOps
• Build and execute API automation tests using PactumJS
• Implement and maintain CI pipelines using Testkube and Kubernetes
• Create web automation tests with Playwright
• Lead best practices workshops for automation across QA teams
• Coordinate and execute UAT sessions
• Generate comprehensive test reports
• Develop Python data analysis scripts for test metrics
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure high test coverage and stability

Expected competences and knowledge

• +5 years of experience in automated E2E front-end testing, preferably using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Ability to automate API testing using Newman, Postman, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of QA best practices with the ability to take ownership of test strategy, test case visibility, and quality reporting
• Experience working in CI/CD environments, ideally with Azure DevOps and Kubernetes
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture and mocking dependencies for testing
• Experience in UAT coordination, test release processes, and reporting automation
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing and tools that help others write better tests is a plus
• Mindset for continuous improvement, team collaboration, and sharing best practices
