Project

---

You will work closely with the PO and PM to optimize resource allocation within the project, ensuring efficient utilization and balancing workload across all three cross-functional teams. You will identify potential resource constraints or conflicting requirements to resolve these issues and ensure optimal resource utilization. The project requires its own leadership and functional competencies to continuously improve its performance and provide a positive and dynamic learning environment.

 

What you will be doing

• Facilitate the planning and management of the entire Service Domain roadmap by collaborating with the Product Owner and other Project Managers
• Drive effective communication and cooperation among all stakeholders and act as a sparring partner to the Tech Lead, Business Lead, and  Architect
• Demonstrate an understanding of business strategy and future needs
• Contribute to the development of good execution practices to increase the competency level of Execution Leaders, other team members, and local teams
• Drive the maturation of execution and delivery practices and share these practices with local teams
• Regularly assess and refine delivery and run practices, working closely with Project Managers to identify areas for improvement and implement tailored solutions

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, FDD, XP, Crystal, DSDM) with the ability to lead teams
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, aligning with business strategies and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
• Excellent ability to engage and align diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared goals for successful project outcomes
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of business goals and the ability to contribute to long-term organizational success

 

Responsibility you will be having

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring that project goals, scope, and timelines are clearly defined and adhered to
• Work closely with the Channels team and stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy
• Conduct a thorough review of the current release process and develop and implement a new release process tailored to streamline business needs, automate tasks, and refine release criteria
• Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Channels-related projects, monitor progress, and address any issues or risks that may arise
• Comply with client standards for execution to enhance team performance and deliver early and frequent business value
