Project

---

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing and providing input and guidance in the implementation and maintenance of systems related to Transaction Monitoring.

 

What you will be doing

• Supporting and collaborating on shaping new Epics, providing input into Capabilities, Features, and Stories within the SAFe framework
• Facilitating the understanding and impact assessment of functional and non-functional requirements, bridging business and technology
• Engaging proactively with stakeholders to review and clarify requirements, ensuring they are fully understood and actionable
• Driving a transparent requirements process, making sure everyone understands the status, knows where documentation is stored, and supports the development process
• Contributing to defining high-level solution architecture and architectural roadmaps, translating them into executional tasks
• Ensuring alignment with organizational standards and collaborating with Development Teams to lead the implementation of effective solutions

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Bringing experience with tools like NetReveal, Quantexa, SWIFT CBM, Actimise, Mantas, or similar systems
• 7+ years of experience in systems and data analysis within the financial services environment
• Demonstrating high proficiency in gathering, documenting, and communicating information, using tools like Confluence, Jira etc
• Understanding ETL, BI, Data Analytics, Data Modelling, BPMN, and UML concepts
• Working effectively with Agile methodologies as well as traditional waterfall approaches
• Being fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Leading, training, and coaching other project members to enhance team performance and collaboration

 

Nice to have

• Having Transaction Monitoring experience
• Possessing familiarity with Payments and SWIFT operations
• Acquiring broader knowledge of Financial Anti-Crime practices
• Showcasing proficiency in banking concepts
• Possessing formal qualifications such as IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, or PMI/PBA will be advantageous
