Senior IT Analyst

Salary: 800 - 1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warsaw / Łódź (at least 2 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on the development of automated solutions within a dynamic technology organization. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and translated into precise technical requirements. The project involves creating automated solutions within modern IT infrastructure, requiring a solid understanding of both business and technical aspects.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Handling automation requests and engaging in discussions with business stakeholders
• Translating business needs into technical requirements for the development team
• Conducting requirements analysis (Requirements Engineering) by asking the right questions
• Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring effective communication
• Understanding technical limitations and using this knowledge in meetings with clients and IT teams
• Quickly grasping and interpreting IT infrastructure and technical concepts
• Contributing to the development of automated solutions within the technology landscape
• Ensuring alignment with Agile methodology, with the potential to work within the SAFe framework

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Several years of experience in an Analyst role, particularly in collaborating with stakeholders and translating their needs into technical requirements
• Experience in requirements engineering – the ability to ask critical questions and clarify details
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and quick comprehension of technical terminology
• Knowledge of automation processes and relevant technologies in the industry
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and modern technology
• Experience working with development teams, with an awareness of technical constraints
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
• Familiarity with the SAFe framework is a plus
• Experience with Jira software is a nice-to-have
