IT Analyst

Salary: 800-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Project

Responsibilities you'll have

• Drive end‑to‑end requirements management in complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements
• Collaborate closely with business representatives, IT teams, architects, and developers
• Support solution design through understanding of systems, data flows, and integrations
• Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, enabling alignment and well‑informed decision‑making
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis practices and ways of working

Expected competences and knowledge

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior IT Analyst in complex IT environments
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive requirements management across multiple systems and stakeholders
• Master‑level skills in requirements management: elicitation, documentation, validation, and lifecycle management
• Strong experience translating business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements for development and testing teams
• Experience working in large‑scale, regulated organizations (finance, banking, risk, credit domains strongly preferred)
• Ability to document and explain data lineage, data models, and system interactions to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Confident use of Requirements Management standards and frameworks, with a pragmatic approach to their application
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholders (business, IT, vendors)

Nice to have

• Experience working in agile environments (e.g. SAFe)
• Strong facilitation skills: ability to lead discussions, build consensus, and support decision‑making without formal authority
• Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and alignment with company values
• Background in financial services, banking, risk, or credit domains
• Knowledge of structured analysis techniques such as BPMN, UML, and data modeling
