DevOps Engineer

Salary: 600 - 850 PLN/MD on B2B

Remote: hybrid from Warsaw / Tricity / Łódź (1 day in the office per week)

Project

The project involves the migration and enhancement of key platforms and CI/CD processes to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of code quality and automation. Responsibilities include migrating services to the Cloudera platform and Artifactory, managing and optimizing CI/CD processes in Bamboo, and overseeing the deployment and improvement of services on Kubernetes. Additionally, the role involves developing Python scripts for data quality checks and other automation tasks, alongside various DevOps functions. The position requires strong Linux knowledge, proficiency in Bash scripting, Kubernetes, Git, and experience with Oracle databases, Ansible, and Cloudera. Familiarity with containerization (Docker), Java basics, and monitoring tools like Slack and Grafana is also preferred.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes.
• Experience with GIT version control.
• Good knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Familiarity with Cloudera.
• Basic understanding of Java programming.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (previous experience in Bamboo is preferred).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Slack, Grafana).
