Project

We are building a next-generation fintech platform that will redefine how businesses operate across the Arab world. Our mission is to deliver the region’s first fully integrated mobile banking solution that not only handles financial operations, but also empowers SMEs with all the tools they need to run their business—end to end, from one app. No external services, no switching systems—just a unified, intelligent platform designed for modern business owners. 

You will be joining one of our dedicated product teams, each responsible for a specific domain within our multi-team ecosystem. Together, we are designing a scalable, secure, and highly modular system architecture that supports seamless collaboration across domains while delivering a superior user experience. Working closely with cross-functional engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, you will help build reliable, high-performance features that serve real business needs in a rapidly growing market. 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven hands-on experience working in production environments as a DevOps Enigneer - min. 3 years

• Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP preferred)

• Solid working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, routing, firewalls, network topologies, ingress and egress traffic, API gateways, and DNS

• Good knowledge of Kubernetes, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Experience configuring and managing virtual machines

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or GitHub, and a solid understanding of version control workflows

• Practical, day-to-day experience working with Docker and containerized environments

• Security-oriented mindset and familiarity with infrastructure security best practices

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
