We're looking for a Tech Lead who will be responsible for leading a development team focused on designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. The primary objective is to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role includes driving technical excellence, coaching team members, and making key technical decisions in a collaborative environment. 

Expected competencies and knowledge

• Strong .NET (C#) Tech Lead with recent hands on developer experience 
• AWS experience is a prerequisite, preferable not only working with the services but also devops parts (AWS experience should extend beyond EC2, S3, RDS)
• Microservice and SAAS experience from a product company needed
• Ability to make sound technical decisions, coach developers, and guide the team toward achieving technical and delivery goals
• Strong coding skills with a focus on clean, scalable, and maintainable software
• Proficiency in good software development practices, staying updated with modern methodologies and standards
• Capability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and align technical solutions
  
  Nice to have
• Experience with Opensearch / Elasticsearch experience
• Frontend experience (React and Microfrontends)
• Experience as Tech Lead in a setup with multiple feature teams working together to extend and improve a product
