Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2-3 visits per week in the office)

As a Functional Support Analyst - Loan IQ, you will be working for our client, a leader in structured finance services. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing Loan IQ, a core application used by the Structured Finance teams. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and the delivery of cutting-edge financial solutions, driving forward technological excellence and innovation.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support back office and middle office teams as a help desk for incidents and requests related to Loan IQ

  • Inform end users about application incidents and their resolution

  • Identify recurring functional issues and develop permanent solutions

  • Create documentation and contribute to a knowledge base of best practices

  • Perform release quality checks and generate reports for operations teams using SQL

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Liaise with clients to investigate incidents and facilitate swift problem resolution

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in back or middle office within structured finance

  • Strong knowledge of Loan IQ

  • Fluent English language skills

  • Customer service mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams

  • Relational database and SQL querying knowledge or eagerness to learn

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

  • Fluency in Polish or French

  • Relevant certifications in financial technology or support roles

Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent English command
