As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer – AI & MLOps Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in the advertising industry, committed to transforming data into impactful solutions. You will build, deploy, and maintain production-grade machine learning services and specialized tools within the advertising domain, ensuring high-impact models deliver reliable results at scale. Your main responsibilities:
- Build, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-performance ML services within the advertising landscape.
- Orchestrate ML engineering workflows, including model packaging, deployment strategies, observability, and operational stability.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Research teams to productionize models, ensuring consistent, reliable delivery for advertising use cases.
- Implement automated monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and rollback strategies for ML models in production.
- Leverage cloud platforms (preferably GCP) for high-scale data and ML workloads, ensuring seamless system operation.
- Apply advanced MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model lifecycle automation, and release management.
- Enhance engineering productivity by utilizing AI-assisted coding tools and maintaining high code quality standards.
- Follow DevOps and SRE principles to ensure system reliability and on-call readiness.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ML engineering or related fields.
- Proven expertise in deploying and operating ML models in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, modular architecture, and maintainable coding.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, specifically for ML training orchestration and inference.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD practices, and SRE principles tailored to ML systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based serving ecosystems, containerized operations, and microservice architectures.
- Experience with feature stores, training/serving consistency, and model monitoring.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in AdTech, ranking, or recommendation ML systems.
- Knowledge of distributed data pipelines (e.g., Vertex Pipelines, Dask, Spark).
- Familiarity with cross-language model integration and cloud microservices.
- Certifications related to cloud platforms or MLOps best practices.

- Good command of English (Communicative level)
