Senior Full Stack Developer – Java, Python, Microservices

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the AI-driven financial services sector. You will contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital solutions utilizing natural language processing to enhance interactions with global markets, driving impactful change in institutional investing. Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a team of 4-6 engineers, ensuring timely delivery of iterative product enhancements
• Transform business requirements into well-structured stories and deliver features into production
• Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions, maintaining high-quality standards
• Identify and address technical debt, balancing new functionality with system health
• Design technical solutions that adhere to established technology guidelines and constraints
• Pair with team members to build scalable and efficient systems

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
• Deep understanding of key software principles: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD
• Demonstrable expertise in Java and Python
• Extensive experience working with Spring Framework
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Prior experience with event streaming technologies
• Strong background in microservices architecture
• Ability to teach and collaborate effectively with engineering colleagues

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience in machine learning, NLP, AI, or Data Science
• Javascript / Vue.js skills
• Prompt Engineering techniques
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph
• Clean Architecture experience

Language Required for the role:
Fluent English, both written and verbal.
