Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java and Angular)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Product Engineering teams. The position will play a significant role in architecting, designing, developing, and delivering high-performance Java-based software solutions that underpin our platform's stability, scalability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement core components of the DataWalk platform.

2. Identify, recommend, design and implement non-functional and performance improvements.

3. Evaluate new technologies and their application to the business.

4. Work with team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review code and/or design proper testing mechanisms.

5. Support back-end engineering efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in a product-focused company.

• Fluency in Java, Spring, and SQL.

• Experience with TypeScript and Angular.

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (preferably columnar databases) and experience with RESTful web services.

• Familiarity with Redis, ActiveMQ Artemis (JMS), and Docker.

• B2 English proficiency (for effective communication).

• Demonstrated high level of ownership and initiative (high agency).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes and Kubernetes API.

• Knowledge of/experience in graph analytics.

• Experience in the area of back-end performance measurement, analysis and improvements.
