As a Senior Cryptography SME – Security & Assurance, you will be working for our client, a leading international bank dedicated to providing secure, innovative financial services worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to safeguarding digital banking operations through expert cryptography security assurance and consultancy, supporting the bank’s mission to deliver safe and reliable digital experiences. Your main responsibilities:
- Process cryptography security requests in ServiceNow within predefined SLAs, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Respond to cryptography-related queries from internal teams and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance
- Escalate and clarify non-standard or complex queries to ensure swift resolution
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance cryptography security assurance workflows
- Continuously work on data quality enhancement and issue reporting to maintain high standards of cryptography security compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement best practices in cryptography and security standards
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in security, cryptography, or related IT fields
- Strong understanding of cryptography mechanisms and their practical application in banking/security environments
- Proven experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/assurance platforms
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English (good command), with the ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Analytical mindset with a focus on operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Background in regulatory compliance and delivering on security standards
- Experience working with standard documentation and regulatory requirements
- Prior work with global teams or in a banking/financial services environment
- ServiceNow platform experience or similar tools
Language Required for the role:
- Communicative level of Polish and English
