As a Senior Banking Systems Analyst – API and UML Expertise, you will be working for our client, a leader in modernizing banking solutions for SME clients. You’ll contribute to enhancing and transforming core processes within the financial sector, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful system improvements and project upgrades. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of banking system processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
• Evaluate and optimize existing IT systems, proposing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and performance
• Collaborate closely with business teams, developers, and testers within Agile sprint cycles
• Document system requirements using UML and other modeling techniques, ensuring clarity and precision
• Develop and review system specifications utilizing SQL, REST, and RabbitMQ technologies
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Support system modernization initiatives for banking applications, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project methodologies and development cycles

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis, particularly within banking or financial services
• Advanced knowledge of REST APIs, UML, and system analysis methodologies
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ technology
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Familiarity with Agile principles and software development lifecycle cycles

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certification in system analysis or related fields
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL technologies
• Experience working with banking or SME financial systems

Language Required for the role:

• Polish (good command)
