As a QA Specialist with leadership skills you will be working for our client, a leader in the medical diagnostics industry, on a mission to reshape public health habits. You will be at the forefront of their new flagship mobile application, a tool designed not only to provide users with easy access to their test results but also to champion and promote preventative healthcare. Your main responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining automated tests using Cypress

• Preparing and presenting comprehensive test result reports

• Mentoring and supporting QA team members

• Implementing and promoting best practices in quality assurance

• Continuously improving testing processes and strategies

• Coordinating the execution of both manual and automated test plans

• Ensuring the quality of the application's user interface (UI)

• Collaborating closely with the development and broader QA teams

• Driving improvements in testing processes and tools

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, including at minimum 1 years in a leadership role (even informal)

• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, with knowledge of tools like Cypress and Postman

• Experience in creating and managing test documentation

• The ability to write and execute SQL queries

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies like Scrum

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Proven experience in team management, including delegating, motivating, and developing people

• Expertise in Page Object Pattern for test automation

• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT

• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools
