As a Mid-Level Infrastructure Operations Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in technology infrastructure & operations. You will play a vital role in delivering operational solutions, managing incidents, and ensuring system reliability for their innovative products and services. Your main responsibilities:

• Deliver operational solutions and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Handle incidents and outages with prompt and effective response procedures.
• Perform ongoing infrastructure engineering activities to enhance system robustness.
• Maintain system performance, stability, and reliability across platforms.
• Support the continuous improvement of operational processes and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure solutions operate smoothly for various technology products and services, adhering to best practices.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in operations engineering or infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Unix systems and on-premise infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasionally outside regular hours.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in infrastructure or operations management.
• Experience with cloud environments or automation tools.

Language Required for the role:

• Communicative proficiency in English (spoken and written)
