Job description

As a Java Engineer, you will join the team that offers an end-to-end service in the development and implementation of Cognitive virtual agents.
This role is comprised of developers, integration and user experience experts.

Your main responsibilities: Providing process design expertise and engineering of Virtual agents’ interactions with end-users.

Building SOAP and REST web services connections for workflows
Interfacing with stakeholders and SME’s to gather design requirements
Building workflows by leverage the expertise of the wider Cognitive Implementation organization
Implementing DevOps and development best practices
Conducting usability testing on interactions
Continuously optimizing existing processes
Assuming joint ownership of solutions/services in the spirit of DevOps
Leveraging data to create dashboards

You're ideal for the role if you have:

Keen interest in working with customers to solve their business challenges
Experience with at least one programming language like Java
Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services + SQL and databases
Experience working on DevOps and version control
Interest in process mapping, process analysis and process improvement
Interest in developing Reports using Tableau, Power BI and similar tools
