Java Backend Developer with Gen Ai

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in backend development and modern engineering practices. This is a remote position based in Poland, requiring a high level of technical proficiency, accountability, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) or 2+ years of work experience with a Ph.D.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with the Java tech stack.

  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Java/J2EE, REST APIs, and frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC, JPA, Hibernate.

• Strong experience in API Development with a focus on security and reliability.

• Database experience with Oracle, MySQL, and at least one NoSQL database.

• Hands-on experience with Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory.

• Proficient in monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk or Humio.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Capable of writing clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

  
  

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience with Gen AI tools like GitHub Copilot.

• Solid experience in Testing using JUnit and Shift-Left methodologies.
