Intern Business Analyst (part-time job)

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 4 days remote per week).

Project Duration: 3 months with a possibility to extend

As a Junior Business Analyst (Azure DevOps & Documentation Support), you will be working for our client, a leader in innovative healthcare and compliance solutions. You’ll contribute to important documentation and process mapping activities within the DORIS program (Veeva RIM), facilitating its transition to Validated Azure DevOps. This entry-level role offers a unique chance to kick-start your career in Business Analysis, working with cutting-edge tools and methodologies that drive digital transformation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Rewrite and structure existing documentation into the EFUS format under guidance, creating basic Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

• Maintain documentation completeness and accuracy in Azure DevOps.

• Assist in preparing SmartDocs materials for Requirements Specification documents.

• Add process maps to Azure DevOps and support documentation migration into validated environments.

• Support end-to-end testing activities, capturing results, and analyzing outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with Process Owners, participate in demo sessions, and support documentation governance.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 0+ years of experience, eager to grow in Business Analysis.

• Basic understanding of testing or software delivery processes.

• Willingness to learn Azure DevOps, SmartDocs, and process documentation practices.

• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently with clear instructions.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Basic analytical thinking skills.

• Certifications or previous exposure to process mapping or documentation tools.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English (good command).
